Service
CustomBankerBags.com provides custom-decorated canvas banker bags for business and professional firms. We are operated by Quokka Prints. All orders are subject to acceptance and these terms.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Final pricing is confirmed on the signed spec sheet and the invoice. Volume discounts and price tiers are non-transferable between orders.
Artwork approval
You are responsible for proofreading and approving the mockup before production. Once you approve the mockup in writing (by email reply or e-signature), production begins and the artwork is locked. We are not liable for errors that were present in the approved mockup.
Intellectual property
You warrant that you own or have the right to use any logo, trademark, or design element you submit for production. CustomBankerBags is not liable for IP claims arising from artwork you provide.
Payment
Card, ACH, or wire transfer is required to start production on first orders. Net-30 terms are available to qualified firms after a credit check. Late net-30 invoices accrue 1.5% monthly interest.
Production and delivery
Standard production is three weeks from artwork approval. Rush production is available at additional cost. Production lead times are estimates, not guarantees, and delays caused by carrier issues, force majeure, or customs holds are outside our control.
Custom-decorated returns
Because bags are custom-decorated with your artwork, custom orders are non-refundable. Defects, decoration errors on our part, and shipping damage are remedied per the Shipping & Returns policy.
Limitation of liability
Our maximum liability for any order is the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York County, NY.
Changes
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
