What is a banker bag?
The traditional banker bag is a heavyweight canvas tote with reinforced handles and a wide opening — originally used by accountants and bank couriers to carry ledgers, files, and cash boxes. Today it is a professional carry-all that looks at home next to a leather briefcase.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Standard MOQ is 50 bags. We accept 25–49 unit partner-gift orders at a per-unit premium, and single-bag closing-day orders are welcome.
What canvas weight do you use?
Heavyweight 18oz pre-washed cotton canvas as standard. Optional 22oz for premium and leather-trim builds. Both weights are structured enough to hold their shape after years of daily use.
What closure options are available?
Open-top, brass YKK zipper, magnetic snap, or twin antique-brass snap. Leather-trim builds use a buckled flap closure. We will recommend the right one for your audience based on quantity and use case.
What decoration methods do you offer?
Embroidery (tone-on-tone and full-color), screen printing (1–6 colors), debossed leather patches, and woven labels. Most orders combine embroidered exterior with a screen-printed interior message such as office location, class year, or deal name.
How long does production take?
Three weeks standard from artwork approval to shipping. Rush production in 10 business days is available for a 20% upcharge.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is per bag, scaled by quantity. A 50-unit run lands in the $80–$120 per-bag range; a 1,000-unit analyst-class order lands in the $40–$65 range. Final quote depends on canvas color, closure, and decoration method.
Can I order a sample before committing?
Yes. Stock samples (no logo) ship for $15 each. Pre-production samples with your artwork and your spec are $150 and credited toward orders of 250+.
Do you offer Net-30 or PO terms?
Yes, for established firms and government entities after a credit check. First-time orders typically pay by card, ACH, or wire.
Can you ship to multiple offices?
Yes. One PO, one approval, split shipping to as many regional or international offices as needed. Per-location tracking provided.
What file format should I send for my logo?
Vector files (.ai,.eps,.svg, or layered.pdf) are ideal. If you only have a raster file (.jpg,.png), our designers will redraw it to print-ready vector at no charge.
Do you do international shipping?
Yes. We ship worldwide via FedEx and DHL. International firms should plan an extra 5–7 business days for customs clearance.
Can I do a one-time deal-toy run with deal name and date?
Absolutely. M&A closing-bag runs of 25–100 units with deal-specific embroidery are one of our most common order types.
Are your bags eco-friendly?
Our standard canvas is OEKO-TEX certified cotton. Recycled-canvas and organic-cotton upgrades are available — ask in your quote.
