How CustomBankerBags ships, tracks, and handles returns for custom-decorated orders.

Production lead time

Standard production runs three weeks from artwork approval to shipping. Rush production in 10 business days is available for a 20% upcharge — ask for it at the quote stage.

Shipping methods

Domestic orders ship via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground within the continental US. Expedited 2-day and overnight options are available at cost. International orders ship via FedEx International or DHL with full duty and tax pre-clearance options.

Shipping costs

Free domestic ground shipping on orders over $750. Below that threshold, shipping is calculated at quote stage based on weight and ship-to ZIP code. International shipping is always quoted separately.

Split shipping to multiple offices

One PO, one approval, split shipping to as many regional or international offices as you need. Per-location tracking links are provided in a single shipping notification email when the order leaves our facility.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email within 24 hours of the order leaving our production facility. Bookmark it or forward it to your ops team — we will not send follow-up emails unless there is a delay.

Returns on custom-decorated orders

Because every bag is custom-decorated with your firm artwork, we cannot accept returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse, sizing concerns, or changed minds after artwork approval. The mockup approval stage is your opportunity to confirm every detail before production begins.

Returns on undecorated stock

If you received a stock sample (no logo) and want to return it, we accept undamaged, un-decorated returns within 30 days of receipt for a full refund minus the original $15 sample fee.

Defects, damage, and shipping issues

If a bag arrives with a manufacturing defect, decoration error on our side, or shipping damage, contact George within 14 days and we will replace it at no charge. Send a photograph and your PO number to.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled at no charge before artwork approval. After artwork approval and invoice payment, production has typically begun and cancellations are not possible.
