Top MBA programs use the welcome bag as part of orientation week branding. The incoming class carries it across campus all year — at recruiting events, in study group rooms, on flights to summer internships — and the school logo travels with it. We have built bags for orientation programs at top-tier business schools and the spec is consistent: 18oz canvas in the school primary color, embroidered school crest, screen-printed class year on the interior, and reorderable annually with price locked for 12 months.

For industry conferences we ship pre-stuffed bags directly to the venue. One PO, one mockup approval, drop-shipment to the convention center the day before load-in. We coordinate with the show sponsorship team on insert handling and can include sponsor flyers, branded notebooks, and a pre-printed schedule inside each bag.

Corporate-gifting agencies that resell our bags into their finance-and-legal client base get a fixed wholesale spec sheet and a private mockup queue — we do not make the agency wait behind direct orders.
